Globe International footwear and apparel hosted an ASP accredited surfing World Championship Tour event on Fiji’s tropical island paradise, Tavarua, in 2006 and 2008.

Soul Arch Media & Marketing’s resident cameraman, Dave Emge, was flown to Tavarua both times to shoot the event on location as part of the live webcast team. Dave was also part of the set up/ pack down team that ensured special scaffolding and camera towers were erected on the island’s coral reef outcrops to capture the action, and helping set up cabling/ editing suites. The live webcast drew an online audience in the tens of thousands.
