Cerebral Palsy League’s Picnic In The Park

Cerebral Palsy League’s Picnic In The Park

Did you know every 14 hours a child in Australia is born with cerebral palsy, making it the most common childhood physical disability? We’re excited to be working on a project for Cerebral Palsy League, a non-profit organisation providing vital therapy and support to over 5,000 children and adults with physical disability in Queensland.
We’ve been filming short interviews with a wide range of people with cerebral palsy to showcase their everyday achievements and the valuable contributions they make to our communities. The footage will be shown at CPL’s flagship event, Picnic in the Park, 28 July 2013 at Roma Street Parkland, Brisbane. The event marks the beginning of Cerebral Palsy Awareness Week (28 July to 3 August 2013).
We’ll also be filming Picnic in the Park, which will be a great day out for the whole family with two Dora the Explorer shows, sporting activities, gourmet food, live music and a whole lot more! See full event details here:

If you make it along, keep an eye out for Soul Arch Media’s Brisbane video production team as we’re filming some neat event time lapse footage from the event. Hopefully we can post this here at a later date!
